   Lead and manage all aspects including the delivery of the LeaderShape® curriculum.• Management and execution of the large group (40+) learning community.• Creating an action plan for real-world impact, of a multi-day leadership development program, ensuring seamless execution and impactful learning experiences measured via survey at the conclusion of the programs.• Facilitate large-group (40+) discussions and presentations on topics including vision, integrity, identity, and possibility thinking, fostering an engaging and inclusive environment for participants.• Train and mentor facilitators, providing ongoing coaching and support to enhance their effectiveness in delivering the LeaderShape® curriculum to the program participants.• Develop a strong ethical foundation, align actions with core values, build authentic relationships and create positive change for a more just, caring, and thriving world, while adapting facilitation techniques to meet diverse learning needs.
