We create a space for all iMentor staff to explore historical and present-day structures that shape our workplace and broader communities while collectively working towards a culture of awareness, empathy, and accountability- Research, plan, and co-facilitate monthly meetings where the topic changes based on timeliness and importance for our students- Create quarterly newsletters for staff that include information regarding all ERGs active within the company to help promote each group and champion transparency- Establish quarterly initiatives to promote community and education, such as book clubs focused on specific topics that impact our students and staff.
