   I lead the development and execution of high-impact programs and service opportunities that extend to all Recording Academy Members. • Provide production consulting for Recording Academy Chapter events across 12 national markets and music cities throughout the United States.• Oversee creative planning and oversight for live and virtual events, including industry leader and artist interviews, musical performances, mental wellness workshops, film screenings, professional development summits, and social activism & educational conversations.• Management and support of onsite event production teams, Chapter and volunteer staff, and vendors to ensure all event elements are satisfied.• Develop fundraising campaign strategies for PAC events, including artist involvement, program development, invite strategies, copy creation, and event analytics.• Inaugural Co-Chair/ Chair Emeritus of the Recording Academy Staff Council which strives to foster inclusion, trust and communication between all levels of staff and elected leaders.
