   Managing the Enterprise Client Success vertical (team of 5) at Comscore, supporting entertainment, media, and national/local network clients and their use of 12 digital, cross-platform, and social media SaaS products. Acting as a liaison between the sales, product, database, analytics, and UX teams to gain consensus for developing SaSS product enhancements, investigating data processing issues, and communicating product changes and gaps to clients. Managing and growing Enterprise client relationships by providing insights and product support centered on improving clients’ understanding of consumer behavior within the digital, linear, social, and cross-platform media ecosystem. Leads conversations with insights and recommendations constructed around data stories which inform media transactions. Cultivates future project initiatives with clients to further utilize and improve Comscore syndicated and custom products and services. Supports sales efforts by identifying renewal and upsell opportunities.
