About Ashley Dunham
I started with Jim and Linda in April 2012 as an Administrative Assistant. I earned my Real Estate Broker Associate License and became a Realtor member in 2013. My experience in Microsoft Office software, social media platforms, accounting methods, project management and customer service have allowed our team to move to the next level in terms of exceeding client expectations. I also manage over 1,200 storage units at six different facilities in and around the Sioux Falls area. I have been on the Home Builders of the Sioux Empire’s Repair Affair Committee since 2014. This committee provides free repairs for the elderly and disabled in need of accessibility issues and wheelchair ramps. I am a Sioux Falls native and outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my three daughters, Haylie, Raegan and Olivia.
