About Ashley McGuire

Hi, I\'m Ashley McGuire, a seasoned entrepreneur and social and emotional development specialist with a passion for creating meaningful connections between people. As the CEO of Restorative Ways, I lead a team of highly skilled trainers who deliver transformative restorative justice training programs to college and university-level institutions worldwide in collaboration with the Center for Restorative Justice at the University of San Diego. In addition to my work at Restorative Ways, I\'m also a partner in A Better Center, where I specialize in gamifying personal, social, and work skills to nurture a sense of belonging and community building. My experience at LifePlay, an innovative company that delivered unique programs through proprietary games and in-house activities, extended to thousands of students, parents, and teachers. As a seasoned facilitator and coach specializing in family and couples coaching, I mentor young adults and create events to build bridges between socially and culturally diverse people. My commitment to strengthening the community and creating meaningful connections between people has led me to work with many clients, including public, private, charter, and parochial schools, Girl Scouts USA, the National Conflict Resolution Center, Mensa, colleges and universities, non-profits, local and regional organizations, and private corporations. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, ceramics, and games. I\'m a proud mother of two college students and aspiring entrepreneurs. I\'m dedicated to the mission of helping people find more peace and joy, and I love to find new and creative ways to have fun and explore.
