About Ashley McCalpin
I have 7+ years of experience in the staffing industry. I started my journey as a Technical Recruiter with Apex Systems learning the ins and outs of multiple market segments. I learned quickly that I thrive in a client facing role where I can develop relationships, execute on business needs, and drive strategy for ultimate impact. I fell in love with client services in staff augmentation environments. Here are some of my key accomplishments- Took a struggling relationship with a lack of trust to a high performing partnership with Genentech in short order increasing our customer engagement and efficiency- Saved in 2023 and in 2024 in vendor spend by reprioritizing our staffing Tier structure and vendor efficiency- Built solid and trusted relationships with suppliers/vendors to ensure they were working on the right requisitions and projects to support our clients priorities- Led new Vendor Management System - Implementation (Magnit proprietary software-Wand to SAP-Fieldglass). Developed project roadmapping, user testing, software implementation, and post-implementation support.
