My grandfather started a barcode printer company. My dad built his own construction business. Watching them taught me a lot, especially what happens when everything sits on one person’s shoulders.When my son was born after IVF, I left corporate. I wasn’t willing to choose between being present for my family and doing work that mattered. So I built something different.I started this work solo in 2017, then built Elevate in 2021. What began as just me has grown into a team of 12+ across the U.S. Along the way, we were named a CO-100 Top Small Business and recognized as Culture Champions by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.That recognition means a lot to me because our team culture is everything.
