About Ashley Lobue

Currently, I am part of the Campus Recruiting function at PepsiCo, where I manage the recruiting strategy for Finance, eCommerce and the newly created Design campus program. I believe the success of an organization begins with it\'s people, so I\'m truly excited about the prospect of contributing to the growth of PepsiCo.Previously, I worked as a campus recruiter for KPMG, where I had the privilege of recruiting from Boston area universities into the audit, tax, and advisory practices for leadership students, interns and full-time associates. Before that, I worked within career services at Northeastern University, where I enjoyed planning large-scale events, creating and facilitating workshops, and coaching students on interviewing and the job search process. I graduated with a Master\'s degree in Higher Education Administration from Boston College and have over five years of experience working in the higher education industry with undergraduates, graduates and alumni from all ages and backgrounds.
