Currently, I oversee numerous active projects as a Change Advisory, Project Manager and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead. I lead Duracell\'s global IT department\'s change function with business partners in finance, research and development (R&D) and sales. I regularly provide oversight to global finance\'s transformation program, global data privacy and compliance implementation, global Microsoft Teams implementation and Suite on HANA ERP upgrade. I also identify risks and opportunities to improve project/ program outcomes and primary communication channels, develop strategic communication framework, give departmental presentations, provide quarterly business reviews, lead SharePoint web-based collaborative platform content, Intranet updates and IT communications. Some of my achievements and accomplishments in this position include:• Recipient of the 2021 Copper Award by CFO, Corporate Controller and VP Internal Audit.• Hosted Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary webinar regarding Microsoft Teams strategy & implementation.• Designing and establishing Duracell\'s first formal change framework within our global IT department, integrating OCM into IT PMO.• Evolving the change management office (CMO) to an enterprise change organization, beginning with the global Finance department.• Achieved Lean Change and Prosci Change Management certifications.
