And that’s what I do! I help teams adopt new tools and ways of working, designing training and enablement experiences that are engaging, practical, and actually stick.Along the way, I’ve led organizational training programs, certified instructors nationwide, and even taught social and behavioral skills to fifth graders through dance - all rooted in my passion for a human-centered approach to learning and change.
