I am an operations strategist with over 12 years in training, development, and operations experience. Using a creative lens, I develop internal strategies for organizations in an effort to improve employee satisfaction, engagement and retention and has crafted internal strategies that have resulted in successful equity centered company culture shifts for organizations.In my former career, I owned a franchise organizing business in the DC metro area and later served as the Northeast & Canada Regional Director, Director of Franchise Development, and ultimately Chief Growth Officer of NEAT Method, a luxury organizing company, where I was responsible for creating strategies to support the growth and retention of all NEAT franchise owners\' businesses across the US and Canada.I am a former contributor for the TODAY show, where I regularly provided organizing product recommendations and insights for the Hoda & Jenna show, and my organizing work and insights have also been featured in dozens of national media outlets such as Architectural Digest, Essence, InStyle, MyDomaine, House Beautiful, The Spruce, Good Housekeeping, Apartment Therapy, and more.
