I am an IT Management Professional with 20+ years of experience in small to mid-size organizations. I have been recruited to my various roles over the years to lead organizations through change and to solve problems - whether that is when they have no IT Management, need an IT leader to champion a more aligned strategic focus of IT with their business, have a challenging business initiative that needs building from the ground up, or are in startup mode requiring an energetic, entrepreneurial multi-talented person to roll up their sleeves and help build and grow the organization. I have helped organizations maximize their return on IT investments, built strategic capabilities, and enabled employees best use of technology.
