As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, innovate and lead strategic priorities and initiatives that advance CSPI’s health equity and social impact goals.Advise, collaborate, and coordinate across the organization to identify new opportunities to expand the health equity implications, scale the impact, and identify entry points to amplify and operationalize equity and justice in existing areas of work where appropriate.Collaborate on equitable grantmaking practices alongside cross-organizational teams, leading the development of processes and practices that have health equity, justice, and social impact implications.Develop accountability measures to analyze the progress towards our organizational health equity and social impact goals, evaluate the outcomes, and determine the necessary actions to support the organizational vision. Create content that supports our organizational capacity and growth for this work. This includes leading the development of guidelines, process documents, research trainings, and other activities independently or in collaboration with other cross-organizational teams where appropriate.Champion efforts to identify and engage with external stakeholders such as community-based organizations, policymakers, advocates, and academics to create an ecosystem of strategic partnerships in the areas of equity, justice, and social impact.
