Support as the point of contact for all hiring needs in specific stores during the hiring process journey. Provide consistent communication and support to all retail store leaders. Deliver consistency, clear communication, attention to detail, and support to store teams throughout the hiring journey from the posting of a job requisition to the hiring of all needed candidates.Additional Work/Support:1. Talent Programs- Provide recruiting support to our Talent Programs team for Track Stretch Retail and Track Stretch HQ. This includes, job postings, intakes, callibrations, interview scheduling, debriefs, offer conversations, and hires. Team Onboarding & Training- Create and execute the onboarding and training services for the High Volume Hiring - Grade 10 TA team. Talent Delivery Services Support- Provide intermittent support with Offer Letters specifically for the Talent Delivery Services team when they need it. This includes creating, editing, and submitting Offer Letters in Workday; requesting and submitting candidate background checks; and completing hires.
