ABOUT ASHLEY GREEN DEWILDE

I can safely say I am one of the few commercial insurance brokers out there with a background working in high-growth tech companies.Seasoned operator, relationship builder and client advocate who has worked across the spectrum from early-stage and growth startups, to venture capital, and in a prior life, the Obama Administration. As an early startup employee, I understand the evolving needs over the various stages of growth for tech companies.Newfront Insurance has been my home since 2019, where I advise startups and growth stage tech on commercial insurance. Before that, I served as chief of staff, managing complex cross-functional projects and comms across a 600 person org, post-merger with ABD. In early Newfront - our \"start-up life\" days, I built out the Sales Enablement and Onboarding functions. Before that, I was the first customer success leader at Fountain, an HR management SaaS company with key clients like Deliveroo and UberEats. I began my tech career at Felicis Ventures as a partner ops manager for Wes Chan, where I learned the language of the tech world and how the ecosystem works.Before venturing into tech, I spent 5 years in the Obama administration, working on high-level Administration priorities including Feed the Future, the Global Health Initiative and All Children Reading. I also helped launch and ran partnerships for Let Girls Learn, Michelle Obama’s initiative to support adolescent girls all over the world. Throughout my career, I have managed complex and high-pressure projects with tech companies, venture capital firms, the White House, Congress, State Department, foreign diplomats and universities across different functions, organizations and the globe.
