As a Sr. HR Technology Analyst at Baird, I am passionate about HRIS, utilizing my knowledge of Workday and other technologies to support the firm’s goals and initiatives. I work with a variety of teams, leaders, and business units to provide expert guidance on Workday systems, configuration, and new functionality and am a technical SME on various projects and initiatives directly or indirectly utilizing Workday data. I have a love for learning, solving complex problems, intricate details, coaching others, teamwork, and Excel spreadsheets. I am tenacious by nature and love to understand the \"why\" and \"how.\"I hold a Masters in HR and Labor Relations, a Bachelors in HR Management, and my Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. I have 12 years of direct HR experience, eight of them being in the HRIS space. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, weightlifting, reading, cooking, and raising my two beautiful children who always keep life interesting and fun.
