As a Management Development Associate (MDA) with a focus in Accounting at Nestlé Purina, I am part of a rotational leadership development program designed to prepare early-career professionals for future management roles within the organization.Throughout the program, I will gain hands-on experience across accounting functions at different manufacturing facilities, including supporting and maintaining plant-level accounting systems, internal controls, and audits, contributing to inventory management and cost accounting operations, assisting with monthly financial close processes and compliance initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements using Nestlé Continuous Excellence principlesThis experience will not only strengthen my accounting and analytical skills, but will also develop my adaptability and leadership potential through cross-site relocations and business challenges.
