I manage both the Customer Service Department and the Operational Service Delivery Department, making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. My role is about bringing people and processes together to deliver excellent service and keep operations on track.A big part of what I do is planning and managing clinic forecasts and schedules so that resources are used effectively and targets are met. I work closely with my teams every day, offering support, guidance, and training to help them perform at their best. From onboarding new starters to carrying out appraisals and one-to-one meetings, I’m passionate about creating a positive, high-performing environment where people can thrive.I also focus on improving processes and maintaining quality, making changes where needed to keep things running efficiently. Recruitment and compliance are part of my responsibilities too – approving new hires, managing disciplinary matters, and ensuring everything we do meets governance and regulatory standards.Performance is key in my role. I monitor and report on KPIs such as clinic fill rates, complaint resolution, call quality, and booking conversion rates, making sure we stay on target. When issues arise, I’m the first point of escalation, working with senior management and external partners to resolve them quickly.I also liaise with external organisations such as the DVLA and Local Authorities, ensuring smooth communication and compliance on important matters. On top of that, I analyse operational data to spot trends, forecast demand, and support strategic decisions that drive improvement.I’m passionate about delivering results, supporting my team, and finding better ways of working. My approach combines strong leadership with collaboration and data-driven thinking to achieve success for the business and the people in it.
