I’m a fitness copywriter and online fitness coach who helps women build strength, confidence and consistency, especially when life feels hectic or completely different to how it used to be.As a CIMSPA qualified personal trainer with specialised training in pre and postnatal fitness, I understand the realities of training as a female, whether you’re just starting out, getting back into it or navigating the changes of pregnancy/ birth. A lot of fitness advice still focusses on extremes.
