I have spent nearly two decades advising and representing public retirement systems and their boards. It is a great honor and privilege to be part of a group of attorneys at Nossaman who also have devoted their professional practices to this sector. With my group, I provide general, fiduciary, litigation, and/or special counsel to the majority of the county retirement systems in California, as well as to other retirement systems throughout the State. I am a member of the Executive Board of the National Association of Public Pensions Attorneys (NAPPA), and previously was Chair of the Fiduciary and Governance Section of NAPPA. I provide fiduciary training to public retirement boards nationally.
