As an Account Executive at Innovative Refrigeration Systems, and Administrator of IRTC where I support cold storage, food distribution, and emerging data center clients through a complete end-to-end approach to natural refrigeration. Our work centers on ammonia and CO₂ systems, which offer environmentally responsible and high-efficiency cooling for facilities where uptime, safety, and compliance are mission critical.What sets us apart is our cradle-to-grave support model. We design, engineer, fabricate, install, maintain, inspect, and train, all within one vertically integrated organization. After installation, we continue supporting clients with customized ePSM software tailored to each facility’s needs. This creates a true lifecycle partnership rather than a one-time transaction.A major part of my role is serving as the face of our training and certification programs through IRTC. I work directly with operators, technicians, and facility teams through in-person classes, virtual instruction, and ongoing support. My focus is helping them master natural refrigerant safety, system operations, compliance, and the processes that keep their facilities running smoothly. I build relationships that strengthen safety culture and long-term operational success.I also help clients onboard and optimize their software, troubleshoot challenges, improve workflows, and remain engaged so they receive full value from our platform.
