ABOUT ASHLEY DOCTOR
I started at Sony Pictures in June of 2021 as a part of the inaugural Finance Rotational Associate Program. During this program I spent 3-6 months rotating around a variety of Finance Departments. I recently joined SPE\'s Finance Transformation team responsible for helping to drive the transformation of the finance function across all SPE Business Units. Our team provides consultative and project management support across a portfolio of projects that improve the financial planning, reporting, analytical, and commercial support capabilities across the company.Prior to joining Finance Transformation, I spent a couple of years on the Digital Media Supply Chain (DMSC) team - responsible for translating the process and technical enhancements for the studio into business value for operations and financial teams consumption through workflow design, financial modeling, and KPI development.I attended the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and graduated in 2021 with a Finance degree and minor in Management Information Systems. At UT Austin I was involved in various clubs including Texas Tour Guides and Alpha Epsilon Phi. In my free time I love trying new restaurants, going to yoga classes, exploring local farmers markets, or spending time at the beach. I am also a sports fan at heart and love cheering on any local Houston sports team!
