About Ashley McCue
Hello! My name is Ashley McCue and I am currently in my junior year at Emerson College where I am majoring in Communication Studies with a minor in Political Science. Additionally, I am an incoming 2026 Disney Summer Alumni Program participant!My experience comes from a variety of industries, everything from attractions operations at Disney World to career development at Emerson College to constituent casework in the Massachusetts state senate. All of my experiences come together to shape me into a thoughtful communicator who loves the intersection of people, strategy, and service. I am especially drawn to roles where I can build strong relationships, solve problems proactively, and create people-centered experiences. Looking ahead, I am interested in fall 2026 intern roles in corporate Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Internal Communication. I am eager to build upon my base of HR administrative work by venturing into other functions, especially Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
