Living my values every day at the companies I help build. Talent is everywhere, opportunities are not. I look to connect talented people with opportunities to thrive making the best products in the world. I scaled my business from $0 to the top 0.5% of manufacturers by revenue in the US. Now, I help scaling business make highly functioning teams their unfair advantage. I am currently at ByHeart, where I am accountable for Contract Manufacturing performance for our third-party partners with the mission of bringing better nutrition to more people by connecting our manufacturing expertise with leading edge nutrition science such as recombinant ingredients. Additionally adept at innovating manufacturing processes for cleaner, safer food. My entrepreneurial mindset led me to Co-Found Cascadia Nutrition, the world\'s best manufacturing partner for powdered nutritional products, with my brother and dad. There, we developed and commercialized products for leading brands and retailers in the supplement industry as well as infant nutrition. I am always working to deliver a big impact, but most importantly I value the opportunity to find and bring together the best teams to deliver the best products. I care deeply about building happy, productive, efficient teams in the workplace.
