At Brite Systems, I manage public-sector projects to build, enhance, and integrate systems. As a former Brite Systems client working in aging services, I understand the unique considerations that come into play when developing interoperable healthcare and aging systems. I use my background in application development and past experience with Area Agencies on Aging to guide clients through complexity towards an elegant solution. As a Senior Project Manager, I oversee the work of a 20-person team, manage schedules and budgets, and regularly meet with the client to understand their needs and set expectations. I also often take the opportunity to assist my project staff with business analysis, application testing, UI design and complex technical problem-solving so that I deeply understand the products that we deliver. My current engagement involves delivering a suite of Salesforce applications and MuleSoft data integrations for the New Jersey Department of Health and Human Services.
