I\'ve worked with organizations before, alongside, or independently of design when the path forward isn\'t yet clear. That might mean futures research and scenario planning, stakeholder engagement and programming, decision frameworks, quantitative analysis, or change management. Whatever it takes to move from uncertainty to a confident, defensible direction.The work is most valuable when something specific is getting in the way: high uncertainty about direction or outcomes, overwhelming amounts of data or competing requirements, highly interdependent systems or spaces, or multiple stakeholders who can\'t seem to align. Those are the moments Strategy & Foresight was built for.I hold credentials in foresight (MS, University of Houston), change management (Prosci), and occupant health and well-being (WELL AP), with over 12 years of experience across the commercial, government, science and technology, and academic sectors.I work best with organizations where the built environment is an instrument of their mission — and where getting the space right means getting the strategy right first.
