Serve as GM of 160+ PM/Design/Eng org w/ P&L ownership and $130M+ budget. • Responsible for product-led acquisition, new user activation and ongoing engagement, and product-led monetization (upsell, cross-sell, and expansion). • Key results: Built and launched the Procore Construction Network (LinkedIn for the construction industry). Grew to ~150K companies within the first year while maintaining a high % monthly active. Integrated the PCN into Preconstruction and Financials product suites to enable Bidding and Payment Networks. Overwhelmingly positive feedback from both General Contractors and Specialty Contractors. Built and launched Procore Conversations (integrated chat) globally, a long-time customer request. Greatly exceeded adoption goals and enabling the company\'s AI strategy. Overhauled the mobile app with an emphasis on a consistent and intuitive user experience. Doubled DAUs, improved both app store ratings, and significantly increased data captured in the field (photos, punch lists, etc) Leveraged company profile data and product usage to identify Product Qualified Leads for sales. Generated $1M+ in pipeline that performed better overall than traditional Demand Gen leads.
