About Ashley Brinkmann

Emerging sport and entertainment industry professional with a unique skill set, relationship-centric mindset, and determination to continually improve. Before pursuing my Master’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Sports Administration, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota with a degree in Business Leadership & Management. As a Gatorade MDA, I manage the Minneapolis territory by working hands-on with athletes, schools, and athletic facilities to promote Gatorade and its products, collect intel, and provide exceptional service through community events, one-on-one conversations, product samplings, and more. During Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis, I worked diligently to facilitate nearly 40 free concerts to thousands of fans in the span of 10 days. I worked closely with highly-regarded artists such as Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, X Ambassdors, Rae Sremmurd and Idina Menzel. Through my work for U.S. Bank Stadium and the Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx, I oversaw nearly 100 guest experience personnel and facilitated countless gameday activations such as player meet and greets, half-time performances and many more. Outside of my education and career, I am passionate about serving others and experiencing new things. I frequently travel to Haiti, talks to my family daily, love finding new books or artists and often indulge in The Office marathons.
