I’m a connector. As an experienced HR partner and strategic advisor across multiple industries and Fortune 150 organizations, I’ve learned that it’s less about what I say and more about listening to bridge broader insights and drive better decisions, ideas and opportunity.Through my 9+ year career, I’ve developed strong capability in change management, project management, organization design, talent development, data analytics and leadership coaching. I credit much of this to enjoying new challenges.
