Later, as a U.S. Navy spouse, I learned how to lead, adapt, and build community in constantly changing environments. During that season, I co-founded and operated a successful embroidery business with my twin sister—she led creative; I ran operations, finance, systems, and growth. That experience gave me firsthand insight into what business owners juggle and what actually moves the needle. Along the way, I’ve served in leadership and volunteer roles across churches, schools, and nonprofits—experiences that sharpened my ability to connect people, organize initiatives, and build trust quickly. Today, I help firms move from sporadic referrals and ad-hoc outreach to clear pipelines, intentional partnerships, and confident conversations. I’m often brought in as an extension of the team—someone who sees the big picture, opens doors, and helps turn relationships into real opportunities. I’m also a real estate investor, applying the same principles I teach: disciplined habits, education, and long-term partnerships.
