About Ashley Callier
An Analytics leader, I transform data into insight to improve decision making and drive performance. Throughout my career I have leveraged tools, like Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and Alteryx to automate reports and create models for the business to evaluate their decisions. I used statistical analysis to recommend price indices with minimal risk, created an IRR and NPV model to evaluate investments, and built an end-to-end value chain dashboard to monitor performance after a new product launch. My passion for analytics has led me to co-found several Analytics Community of Practices, so we could bring people together to learn from one another and establish best practices.I\'m goal-oriented and results-driven, continuously finding ways to work more efficiently without sacrificing quality or value. I have led a variety of projects using Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change. I love solving complex problems and am continuously learning through webinars and reading, with plans to obtain my Masters in Economics.
