Our Customer Experience team ensures our payer and provider partners have the tools and support they need to make this service available to their members and patients who need them most. Our account managers offer 1-1 assistance to our clients, providing ongoing troubleshooting and opportunity assessment, as well as monitoring and reporting the value this unique service yields payers, providers and patients in terms of improved health outcomes, reduced hospital admissions/readmissions, cost-of-care savings, and overall member/patient satisfaction. Our marketing team supplies full-funnel, multi-channel content, building awareness in the communities we serve and making it easy for participating providers and patients to request a visit.
