ABOUT ASHLEY YANCEY

I’m a natural connector, a builder of teams, and a believer that workplaces — and people — thrive when authenticity, creativity, and compassion are at the center. I was the first person in my family to earn an Associate’s degree and went on to pursue my Bachelor’s in Sociology at the University of Texas at Austin. When life threw unexpected challenges my way, I leaned into my resilience, pivoted into the workforce, and built a strong career in permitting, project coordination, and operations for telecom and energy companies. Every step of the way, my tenacity, optimism, and drive to learn opened new doors. Over time, I realized that my true passion lies in organizational development, change management, and internal communication — the human side of business where connection, growth, and meaningful transformation happen. I’m energized by helping teams navigate change, foster strong cultures, and turn ideas into action with clarity and heart. I’m currently pursuing opportunities where I can bring my creativity, project experience, and people-first approach into roles focused on driving positive change from within. Alongside this work, I am growing my life coaching practice, helping individuals step into their full potential — because whether inside an organization or one-on-one, I believe the greatest transformations start with a single courageous step.
