I\'m an energetic and outgoing Recruiter passionate about people. With experience in full-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding and other HR processes/procedures, and relationship building, I pride myself on creating positive, lasting connections with candidates, clients/hiring managers, and peers alike. I really enjoy in-person, interactive conversations—whether it’s meeting candidates, building relationships with clients, employee onboarding, supporting the team, or participating in hiring events. I thrive in fast-paced environments, and with new challenges, using my strong critical thinking skills, organizational skills, and enthusiasm to source top talent, create a positive experience, support hiring, crush goals, and ensure a smooth process for all. Building trust, lasting connections, and providing excellent service is at the heart of what I do, and I love helping organizations grow through people.
