About Ashley Wise

After graduating with an undergradute degree from the University of Washington in 2010, I spent the next year obtaining a Master of Professional Accounting at the University of Washington.During the gradute program, I was involved in several projects including presenting a mock audit plan and request for proposal to memebers of senior management of large corporations such as Costco and F5.Upon graduation, I spent the last 9 years with KPMG\'s Portland audit practice. I served a variety of clients, with a focus on the healthcare and not-for-profit sector. In addition, the Portland market has provided me with the opportunity to work on manufacturing, forest product, and technology companies. I am now working at Cambia Health Solutions as the assistant director of Finance Accounting and Reporting. In this role I am responsible for accounting for premium and claims along with leading state financial audits. My primary areas of interest include finance and accounting, with an emphasis on healthcare, insurance and not-for-profit accounting issues. Ultimately, my professional goals involve working towards a Director and eventually Controller position.
