About Ashley Wines
I’m a Senior Program Manager passionate about building products and programs that transform the employee experience. I lead initiatives that strengthen how people learn, onboard, grow, connect, and feel recognized across the organization. My work spans onboarding, skills development, career mobility, mentorship, and employee recognition—designing scalable systems that make it easier for employees to thrive from day one.Throughout my career at Microsoft, I’ve built a foundation in business operations, program strategy, and cross-team execution. I’ve delivered programs in partnership with diverse technical and business stakeholders, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex, multi‑disciplinary work. Whether launching new employee experience tools, driving org-wide learning programs, or shaping career development pathways, I’m energized by turning ideas into systems that empower people at scale. At my core, I love creating experiences that help employees feel supported, connected, and equipped to grow. I thrive in roles where I can combine structured thinking with empathy, creativity, and a deep commitment to making work better for everyone.
