With over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry, I am passionate about helping brands to drive international business expansion and build successful partnerships with distributors, retailers, and travel retail partners. I have a strong background in global sales, marketing, and operations, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and consumer trends in different markets. In my previous role as the Director of International Sales and Travel Retail at Oribe Hair Care, I was a founding member of the international sales division and travel retail division, and brought the brand to 49 countries globally since 2013, generating over $60M+ in sales annually. I had full P&L responsibility for both channels of business, and achieved an average of 19% YOY increase of revenue and 59% YOY increase of sales out. I managed all contract negotiations for existing and new customers, and led a dynamic team that oversaw all internal operations, order processing, reporting and analytics. I also trained sales teams in local markets to achieve sales goals and set the strategy and execution for all marketing and merchandising initiatives.
