About Ashley Wielechowski

I am a recent graduate from North Carolina State University where I received my Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Textile Management. I am a self-motivated, hardworking, and adaptable individual that has great written and oral communication skills. I am an extrovert who enjoys engaging and interacting with people daily. I enjoy being in a fast-paced environment where I feel valued and have purpose in my position. My strengths include being empathic, engaging others, driving projects to completion, and cultivating a harmonious work environment. I find enjoyment in helping others and being able to take tasks off another person’s plate. I have the gift of enablement which helps me encourage others and provide assistance for various tasks. I have strong problem-solving skills and am energized by a task that takes time to find the solution. I take pride in my incredibly organized Google calendar where I can see what I have going on throughout the week. I schedule out my weeks in advance to ensure that I do not miss any deadlines and am aware of my availability each day. I do not need to be told to continue to complete a project due to my tenacity that motivates me to push projects or tasks to completion to achieve results.
