I’m a project coordination and platform support professional with a background in supporting configurable, CMS-like systems and helping non-technical users successfully manage shared digital tools. Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of requirements gathering, system configuration, template and front-end updates, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support. I enjoy serving as a central point of contact who helps translate needs into working solutions while improving consistency, usability, and reliability.My experience includes supporting enterprise platforms by configuring system components, editing HTML-based templates, validating changes through testing, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with technical teams and vendors. I’ve frequently acted as a go-to resource for users, providing guidance, training, and problem-solving support in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.Alongside my professional work, I’m a Texas Master Naturalist trainee with the Blackland Prairie Chapter and a volunteer with the Native Plant Society of Texas. In these roles, I support public-facing digital platforms, help other volunteers learn and use tools like Instagram, troubleshoot technical questions, create content, and ensure digital presence aligns with organizational standards. I’m especially interested in roles that combine technical support, training, volunteer engagement, and mission-driven work in conservation, education, and community stewardship.
