I\'m a Client Success Manager at Cannon Jeffries Search Group, where I\'ve spent the past seven years helping people and businesses connect, grow, and succeed.In my current role, I specialize in direct hire recruitment, partnering with companies to match skilled professionals with long-term career opportunities. Before shifting into talent acquisition, I managed staffing teams and served as an Account Manager for several large manufacturing clients overseeing everything from full-cycle recruitment and payroll to reporting, client presentations, and employee training and development. I’m passionate about cultivating meaningful connections, whether it\'s guiding job seekers through their next career move, supporting team members\' growth, or helping businesses solve their hiring challenges.
