I lead global employer brand and talent marketing for AT & T, shaping how the company attracts, engages, and hires talent at scale. As head of the Talent Marketing and Employer Brand team within Talent Acquisition, I oversee end-to-end strategy across recruitment marketing, candidate experience, national events, and strategic partnerships, always with an eye toward what talent needs now and what the business will need next.Since joining AT & T in 2018, I’ve grown through roles spanning recruiting, staffing leadership, and early career recruiting.
