As an Instructional Designer, it is my job to collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company to develop and maintain computer based training courses.Critical to my role is the ability to quickly and thoroughly grasp an understanding of the job functions of every department that I work with in order to create comprehensive trainings in a timely manner.In addition, I must maintain an evolving understanding of adult learning theory and technical skills with the Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.I have designed templates for my current team and future team members to use in Storyline 360, as well as created “How To” documents on various Storyline processes to establish/maintain a streamline approach in the department.
