I’m a federal agent with a career built around one mission: protecting people, assets, and information. From counterintelligence investigations to aviation security, I’ve spent over a decade working in high-stakes environments where trust, discretion, and precision make all the difference.In my current role with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, I lead federal background investigations that directly impact who is granted access to our nation’s most sensitive information and positions. That means navigating complex records, interviewing individuals from every walk of life, and delivering fact-based findings that help decision-makers safeguard national security. I’m known for building rapport quickly, even in difficult interviews, and for maintaining professionalism in situations that demand both tact and resilience.Before DCSA, I served with the Transportation Security Administration in multiple leadership and investigative roles. I conducted regulatory inspections, supported criminal investigations, and led vulnerability assessments to keep aviation secure. As a national training instructor, I had the privilege of mentoring officers across the country, helping them sharpen their skills in behavior detection and insider threat identification. Whether in the classroom, in the field, or supervising large security teams, I learned how to lead with integrity while keeping mission and people front and center.What drives me is the combination of analytical rigor and human connection—digging deep into the details while never losing sight of the people behind them.
