Ashley leads the Federal General Construction efforts to Develop and implement PMP\'s long term strategic goals and objectives. Oversee the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, financial reporting and ensuring profitability. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Network with potential clients and attend industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders. Provide oversight and guidance to project managers and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Recruit train and manage a diverse team of employees including construction professionals, admin staff and support personnel. Stay up to date with relevant construction laws, regulation standards including the FAR. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote PMP and it\'s brand presence. Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities associated with Construction projects. Stay informed about industry trends.
