About Ashley Sullivan

Graduated high school in 3 years with a strong desire to enter the working force with big goals.Throughout college, I filled my time outside of the classroom with working for Best Buy as a Customer Service Rep and a Mobile Sales Specialist. I also held a few leadership positions within my sorority, most notably as the Public Relations Vice President during my Senior year. During summers, I worked for an insurance company in my home town and learned a lot about clerical and administrative work. After graduating Texas State University in December 2014, I moved to Austin and began working for a small but rapidly growing fashion jewelry brand - Kendra Scott. As a new graduate, I was fortunate to begin my professional career and grow alongside a brand that experienced many \"firsts\" too. This included huge company milestones such as moving into their first Distribution Center; implementing new technology and facilitating user acceptance testing and training; developing relationships with 3PL partners; and also helping define and evolve operational SOPs. My time with Kendra Scott granted the opportunity to be a subject matter expert in a wide range of roles that has culminated a robust and holistic understanding of the supply chain industry.From partaking in two project groups at Kendra Scott that were responsible for designing, testing, and implementing a Warehouse Management System and an Order Management System, I changed my career path from Supply Chain into a Product Support Tech role at Brightpearl. As a Technical Account Manager, I will drive the technical and business health of our customers through proactive account management, adoption review, issue management, coordinating solutions/priorities, understanding support health, and identifying best business practices.
