About Ashley Steele

As a Funeral Director & Embalmer I provide professional and compassionate services to families who have lost their loved ones. I coordinate all aspects of the funeral arrangements, from transportation and preparation of the deceased, to conducting the ceremonies and handling the paperwork. I also apply my embalming skills to preserve and restore the appearance of the deceased, using the latest techniques and equipment.I have a degree in mortuary science from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, where I learned the theoretical and practical aspects of funeral service, including anatomy, pathology, chemistry, microbiology, ethics, law, and psychology. I also completed two apprenticeships at reputable funeral homes, where I gained valuable hands-on experience and mentorship. I have a passion for the care center and a love for the families I serve, and I constantly seek to improve my skills and knowledge in this field. I have strong management, administration, and customer experience skills, which I developed from my previous roles in the hospitality industry. I am proud to be part of a team that honors and celebrates the lives of the departed.
