I am a strategic and versatile leader of projects and programs that consistently deliver innovative and collaborative solutions and results. I take an authentic and collaborative approach to create customer-focused solutions that achieve desired business results.I graduated Purdue University in 2011 with my Bachelor\'s of Science in Mechanical Engineering and completed my MBA at Davenport University in 2016. Out of college, I was a Sourcing Manager for various Indirect Procurement roles at Amway Global. Combining my engineering background with personal skills help set me apart in this role. From 2015 to the 2021, I was a Solutions Specialist in Sales at Amway North America where I managed development of targeted programs and promotions to strategically grow our distributors\' businesses based on data driven insights. My current position is in Amway Global Sales, part of the ABO Integration Team. I manage the highest-award global incentive event and own the Global Recognition Strategy; a critical component of the Amway Business Opportunity and A70 Growth Strategy.
