ABOUT ASHLEY SAGE

Hi, I’m Ashley Sage! I am passionate about real estate and I LOVE helping my clients realize their home dreams! I’ve spent the past 15 years in the real estate industry with the past 8 years in new home sales helping people design and build their dream homes. There is far more than meets the eye when building a new home and my goal continues to be on the customer experience. I place a high level of value on making the home building experience fun and enjoyable, but also transparent and rewarding for each person. I’m an educator, and always learning myself, but know that communication is one of the most important steps to maintaining a relationship, and this is what building a new home is- building a longstanding relationship between the buyer and builder based on trust. From the first-time home buyer who’s eager to get into their new home, to the well-seasoned buyer who\'s “lived and learned” and knows exactly what design features to include in their home. Whether you’ve bought 1 home or 5, the home building process takes time and consideration along with the right questions to work towards the end goal- building a beautiful home that’s suited for your lifestyle! I thrive off learning what these “wants” and “must haves” are and matching them to a plan that fits their needs. And for this reason, I continue to enjoy the real estate market of selling new homes!
