ABOUT ASHLEY RODRIGUEZ
As a Latina psychologist, I bring a deep commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based care—rooted in the belief that healing begins within relationships and early experiences. My work focuses on perinatal mental health, infant and early childhood mental health (IECMH), and the intergenerational transmission of trauma and resilience.I specialize in supporting birthing people, parents, and families navigating pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and the early years of caregiving. Drawing on my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) and advanced training in dyadic and attachment-based models, I help families strengthen connection, regulation, and secure attachment from the earliest moments of life.In addition to direct clinical care, I provide reflective supervision and consultation for clinicians and teams working in perinatal, early childhood, and family-serving systems. I view these reflective spaces as essential to sustaining meaningful, equitable work—especially within systems that are fast-paced, emotionally demanding, or historically under-resourced. My supervision style integrates reflective practice, cultural humility, and relational awareness to promote parallel processes of care and growth.Whether I’m working with a new parent, an infant-caregiver dyad, or a professional team, my approach centers connection, compassion, and collective healing. I hold space for stories shaped by culture, identity, and lived experience, believing that each relationship offers an opportunity for restoration and change.
